RightsPay provides a creator-rights concierge service that helps users identify, license, monetize, or remove unauthorized commercial uses of creative work, likeness, and expired brand-deal content. RightsPay is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Nothing on this site or communicated by RightsPay constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. For legal questions or litigation, consult a qualified attorney.
3. User responsibilities
You represent that you own or have authority to act on behalf of the rights in the work you submit. You agree to provide accurate information and to respond promptly to requests from our concierge team.
4. Fees
Subscription and case fees are described on our Pricing page. Recovery fees apply only to amounts we recover or license on your behalf. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of liability
RightsPay is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits or unsuccessful recovery efforts.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
