RightsPay is an independent educational tool that helps users review possible music royalty registration gaps and follow a self-service checklist. RightsPay does not collect royalties, register works, file claims, or act as your representative.
2. Data and results
Scan statuses, explanations, and estimates may rely on sample, public, user-provided, or delayed information. They are not confirmation that royalties exist or are owed. Verify all information in the relevant official portal before acting.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for confirming ownership, splits, registrations, and claims with the appropriate organization. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
The $6.99 one-time plan includes one catalog scan and a limited checklist. Other paid features are described on the Pricing page. Monthly access renews until canceled. One-time access is tied to the purchasing account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. No affiliation or advice
RightsPay is not affiliated with The MLC, SoundExchange, ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or Spotify. Content is general education, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
6. Limitation of liability
RightsPay does not guarantee that a registration or claim will be accepted, that records are complete, or that you will receive royalties. To the extent permitted by law, RightsPay is not liable for losses arising from reliance on incomplete or delayed information.
